Tu Casa, Inc. is hiring a Tu Casa Program Director & SART (Sexual Assault Response Team) Coordinator! Have you ever wanted to help people and/or serve your community, this may be the position for you. This is a full-time (36 hr./week) position with a starting salary of $42,000 with the possibility of more depending on experience and education. We are asking for someone who is willing to commit at least two years or more to the position as it is important to gain the trust of the community. Speaking Spanish is a plus, but is not required. Tu Casa, Inc. offers health insurance, a simple IRA plan, and paid leave. We have an amazing winter break and are flexible to the needs of working parents. This position offers the opportunity to develop and coordinate services throughout the entire San Luis Valley. This position will give you an opportunity to work with other agencies who serve victims and survivors in the San Luis Valley community. 

This position requires a BA in a Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice or related field or at least 5 years’ experience (advocacy to those who have experienced traumatic events or abuse) with supersivory experience preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work with professionals from a variety of fields (law enforcement, social services, medical professionals, other advocacy systems, etc.), while providing vital advocacy support to people who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking and supporting direct service staff through a supervisory role. It is a challenging yet rewarding position.
